Email your list at the right day of the week. You'll most likely see a big difference in how many of your emails are opened. When you're doing a mail out, make sure the day is either Tuesday or Wednesday. This is for a reason - if you plan to send out your emails on the weekends, you won't see much response as people are busy. As for Monday - they're recovering from Monday, and Thursday and Friday they have the weekend on their minds. So that leaves Tuesday and Wednesday as the best choices.
It's not going to be easy! Do not believe all the hype you read on the internet about getting rich quick because it is not going to happen. Sure, you will find out about people who have hit the jackpot quickly when they start a home business, but believe me, they put a lot of effort in to it. If some of them went bankrupt today, it would not be long before they were wealthy again. Why, because most of them have a lot of experience in online marketing. One thing that is certain is if you enjoy what you're doing, it will all become a lot easier.
Do not attend events: Whether is a live local event, regional or national function with your company you need to stay plugged in. Conference calls or webinars are no exception. Your business goes through ups and downs, more downs especially when you're new. Staying close to the fire will keep you warm, and that fire is always at live events. By not attending events is one of the sure ways to fail in your MLM.
Manage your new reps: So you enrolled your 1st and/or 2nd rep now what? Manage them?! That is the worse thing you can do to them and your business. I know 5 and 6 figure monthly earners that are still personally sponsoring. Yes, they do spend more time with the team now but personal recruiting never stops. You never want to slip into the management mode, EVER!
